    In the second droplet paper from the same Cell issue there is a plot of genes_discovered vs reads_aligned for each cell (scatter plot).
    This saturation curve is very informative about the quality of the protocol overall, and it informs about limitations of the method.
    Could you provide this plot for Drop-seq?
